Coach Approach Skill Training (CAST) is now offering the opportunity to complete CAST 3 (Groups and Teams) and/or CAST 4 (Synergy) 30 hours of training toward becoming a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation. See complete description of all of our course content here.

This course will cover Group and Team Coaching, and the Synergy of Coaching in a highly engaging, participatory, fast-moving on-line format.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

• Group Meeting Time — 1pm-4pm Eastern

Tuesdays and Thursdays on the following dates:

• CAST 3:
  • October 19
  • October 21
  • October 26
• CAST 4:
  • October 28
  • November 2
  • November 4
  • November 9
  • November 11

$1200.00 per participant — provides 30 hours of coach specific training
(payment plans are available)

CERTIFICATION:

Participants will be awarded 30 ICF approved training hours that they can apply toward the 60 hours needed for ICF certification. If they choose to become ICF certified, they will also need Mentor Coaching and final ICF exam (additional costs apply).

LOCATION:

All training will be held virtually via Zoom web conferencing software. Materials will be provided in pdf format
