Coach Approach Skill Training (CAST) is now offering the opportunity to complete CAST 4 (Synergy) 15 hours of training toward becoming a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation.

This course dives deeper into the understanding of the skills taught in the previous three courses and provides a platform for individual and peer learning around a variety of challenging coaching topics. The goal of this course is synergy in coaching. Participants earn 15 hours of coach specific training needed to meet the 60 hours of training required by the International Coach Federation. It is a highly engaging, participatory, fast-moving on-line format.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Group Meeting Time — 9am-noon Eastern

Dates:

• March 9, 2023
• March 14, 2023
• March 16, 2023

$600 per participant — provides 15 hours of coach specific training

CERTIFICATION:

Participants will be awarded 15 ICF approved training hours that they can apply toward the 60 hours needed for ICF certification. If they choose to become ICF certified, they will also need Mentor Coaching and final ICF exam (additional costs apply).

LOCATION:

All training will be held virtually via Zoom web conferencing software. Materials will be provided in pdf format.
