Now you can complete your CAST training on your own schedule!

This course is being offered throughout 2023 — You choose your own start date when you register

Earn the last 15 hours of ICF approved coach training asynchronously through reading, written reflection, and feedback on your uploaded recorded coaching sessions. This offer is available only to those coaching students who have previously completed the first 45 hours of coach training through CAST.

After selecting a two-month time span which best fits your schedule, you will complete these requirements:

• Read three assigned articles on coaching, recording your reflections in an online journal.
• Review the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies, recording your reflections in an online journal
• Describe how you will be utilizing coaching skills in your work and life.
• Upload three 10-15 minute recorded coaching sessions for written feedback from a CAST instructor.

Upon submission of the Reflection Journal and recordings you will receive written feedback and a certificate of completion for 15 hours of ICF approved coach training.

The cost for this course is only $600.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

This is an asynchronous course.  You pick a start date when you register and have two months from that date to complete the coursework and submit your reflections journal.

CERTIFICATION:

Participants will be awarded 15 ICF-approved training hours that they can apply toward the 60 hours needed for ICF certification. If they choose to become ICF credentialed, they will also need Mentor Coaching and final ICF exam (additional costs apply).
